Prep Cook

What you'll do

• Wash, peel, and chop ingredients
• measure and prepare ingredients according to recipes
• portion and package food
• maintain clean, organized prep areas and storage
• label, date, and store ingredients
• assist line cooks and chefs during service
• and follow safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
