Customer Service Agent — Airport Operations

What you'll do

• Greet and assist customers
• answer telephone inquiries and resolve complaints
• handle reservations, ticketing, check-in, seat assignments, boarding, and baggage service
• communicate delays or cancellations and assist with re-accommodation
• escort passengers to and from aircraft
• provide flight and fare information
• prepare aircraft with food and beverage stocking and light cleaning
• transport passengers by shuttle or van as required
• maintain brand standards and follow FAA, TSA, airline, and airport requirements.
