Maintenance Technician

What you'll do

• Record completed repairs and service dates
• establish and implement preventive maintenance protocols
• inspect and repair building windows, walls, and doors
• maintain HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and other building systems
• perform drywall repairs and painting
• inspect grounds, floors, boilers, sprinkler rooms, and life-safety systems
• replace filters and bulbs
• respond to water leaks and emergencies
• pick up supplies
• install portable air-conditioning units
• climb ladders and access rooftops
• document emergency responses and communicate issues to management
• participate in the on-call rotation and respond to after-hours emergencies.
