What you'll do

• Lead the Specialty Department and its 88 employees, including one General Foreman
• oversee manufacturing operations for a ceiling tile forming and finishing line, stock makeup system, and coatings
• train and motivate employees
• implement process enhancements
• support project scoping, estimates, installation, commissioning, and startup
• oversee safety initiatives and OSHA compliance
• drive performance metrics
• support capital projects and continuous improvement
• coach direct reports.
