The position oversees Senior Community Care of Colorado PACE clinical services, which provides healthcare and supportive services to adults age 55 and older so they can live safely and independently in their homes and communities. The role exists to oversee the clinical and operational effectiveness of the PACE clinic and homecare, supporting consistent, high-quality participant care. It supervises clinical managers and the medication department, coordinates care standards and contracted services, and manages departmental budgets and performance targets.

What you'll do

• Oversee clinical and operational effectiveness of the PACE clinic and homecare
• supervise and support clinic, homecare, integrated care, and medication department managers
• provide clinical oversight of nursing and personal care at the PACE Center
• ensure ordered and care-planned nursing services are delivered timely and according to standards
• develop participant-care policies and guidelines with clinical leaders
• manage departmental budgets and financial, operational, and quality targets
• coordinate contracted service providers.
