TIG Welding Machine Operator, Fluid Power Assemblies

The TIG Welding Machine Operator, Fluid Power Assemblies role is onsite in Lancaster, Ohio, on a first-shift schedule Monday through Thursday, 6:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m.; Friday overtime may be required. Pay is $18 per hour. The role supports a Lancaster manufacturer producing custom tubular products and hydraulic lines. The operator prepares and runs an automated TIG cell, checks parts and finished dimensions, monitors quality and throughput, troubleshoots issues, and records production results to support consistent manufacturing output.

What you'll do

• Clean, calibrate, and prepare the automated TIG cell
• operate the cell and adjust parameters
• check part preparation
• inspect dimensions with precision tools
• perform operational tests
• troubleshoot issues
• monitor output for defects
• record approved and defective units
• enter setup details
• assist other departments as needed.
