What you'll do

• Provide nursing care according to facility policies and procedures
• enhance resident care and quality of life while protecting resident rights
• prepare and administer ordered medications
• check residents and evaluate physical and emotional status
• keep the RN Supervisor informed
• implement directed changes
• provide professional nursing services under facility policies
• complete resident records
• give and receive shift reports
• investigate complaints and report them
• maintain professional conduct with residents and families.
