What you'll do

• Conduct individual telehealth intake sessions for youth ages 2–26
• provide ongoing individual evidence-based therapy
• assess progress and adjust treatment plans
• develop individualized care plans
• collaborate with clinicians, medical providers, and families
• maintain intake and ongoing documentation and patient records
• involve and advise family members and outside specialists when appropriate. Independently licensed in New Jersey as an LPC, LMFT, LCSW, or PsyD/PhD
• requires at least one year working with children and adolescent patients and one year in telehealth or a virtual setting.
