What you'll do

• Handle and store food according to facility procedures and food safety requirements
• assist with food preparation and tray-line setup
• assemble and verify diet trays
• load and deliver trays and snacks
• report food refusals and equipment problems
• clean dishes, equipment, and workspaces
• assist with inspection preparation and survey training.
