Direct Support Professional (DSP)

The Direct Support Professional role is onsite in Minneapolis, MN, with compensation of $17 per hour. What you'll do

• Assist with activities of daily living, meals, and medication support as authorized
• follow individual service and support plans
• encourage life skills, independence, social skills, and community participation
• monitor and report changes in health or behavior
• complete progress notes, medication records, and incident reports
• maintain a safe and clean living environment
• accompany residents to appointments and approved outings
• follow emergency, infection-control, confidentiality, and regulatory procedures.
