The Vice President, Commercial Contracting & Legal Operations role is hybrid in Los Angeles, CA, with three days per week working in person. The stated salary range for Los Angeles is $285,000–$335,000 per year. The role reports to the Senior Vice President of Legal and leads a team of four to six legal professionals supporting Match Group’s portfolio of dating brands and central functions. The executive will consolidate and scale commercial contracting and legal operations, setting global approaches to vendor, procurement, and technology agreements while improving legal-team operations. The role builds teams, processes, playbooks, and tools and works with Legal AI Enablement to apply AI and automation to contracting and legal operations.

What you'll do

• Set global strategy for drafting, negotiating, and managing procurement, vendor, and SaaS/technology agreements
• guide Legal Operations, including contract lifecycle management, billing, and legal technology
• identify and implement AI and automation opportunities in review, drafting, negotiation support, and risk triage
• support central functions
• develop playbooks, templates, and governance
• identify and escalate legal and business risks
• partner with procurement, finance, and vendor management.
