What you'll do

• Lead development activities from acquisition handoff through construction readiness
• manage design, entitlement, permitting, approval, budget, and preconstruction timelines
• ensure complete construction-ready documentation
• coordinate with acquisitions, construction, finance, legal, and property management
• manage budgets and cost forecasts
• integrate energy efficiency, geothermal, battery storage, and other clean technologies
• lead the development team and external consultants
• establish workflows, stage gates, and reporting.
