The Manufacturing Production Leader, Continuous Improvement role is onsite in Fairfield, NJ, with compensation of $100,000–$110,000 per year. The position supports Unifoil Printing’s manufacturing team. The leader manages daily production performance, schedules, staffing, and team development while working with quality, logistics, and procurement. The role aims to meet output and customer-demand targets safely and efficiently while identifying bottlenecks and sustaining process improvements.

What you'll do

• Deliver daily output targets while maintaining quality and safety standards
• create and adapt production schedules
• lead and coach the production team
• partner with QA on quality systems and corrective and preventive actions
• coordinate materials, inventory, and shipments with logistics and procurement
• analyze data and address bottlenecks
• monitor laminators, coaters, slitters, and sheeters
• adjust sequencing and staffing
• standardize work with manufacturing instructions and SOPs
• reinforce GMP and safety requirements.
