What you'll do

• Manage federal construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
• review contracts, drawings, specifications, and requirements
• maintain schedules, budgets, and cost controls
• coordinate subcontractors, vendors, procurement, project documentation, and field personnel
• monitor financial performance and risks
• support estimating and preconstruction
• maintain government records
• oversee punch lists, warranties, and turnover
• travel periodically to project sites.
