What you'll do

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, kitchen, laundry, and mechanical equipment
• complete scheduled preventive maintenance
• respond to guest-room maintenance requests and service calls
• troubleshoot malfunctions and make corrective repairs
• maintain grounds, public areas, guest rooms, and back-of-house facilities
• conduct daily system inspections
• maintain logs and work orders
• support safety compliance and energy conservation initiatives.
