The 2026–2027 Ski and Snowboard Instructor role is onsite in South Egremont, MA. Compensation is $16.50 per hour. The instructor supports Catamount’s Ski & Ride programs and guest learning experiences. The role teaches skiing and snowboarding to students of varied ages and skill levels while maintaining a safe, engaging learning environment. It also supports program operations and helps guests progress through lessons safely.

What you'll do

• Teach ski and snowboard lessons to groups and individuals at varied skill levels
• place students in appropriate groups
• maintain a safe and engaging learning environment
• assist with registration, equipment directions, meeting areas, and teaching-area upkeep
• attend meetings and training
• evaluate guest progress and communicate with guardians when appropriate
• supervise children and assist with safe return to guardians.

Why this role
