This role leads tax advisory, planning, and compliance engagements across the startup lifecycle, helping clients address complex business and tax needs. It also supports client relationships, team development, and coordinated tax and transaction advisory work across the firm.

What you'll do

• Advise emerging growth companies on tax matters across formation, equity compensation, fundraising, R&D credits, scaling, and exit
• oversee and review corporate and partnership tax engagements. Identify cross-selling opportunities, review federal and multistate returns, research complex issues, prepare technical memoranda, manage client relationships, mentor staff, and assist with tax controversy matters.
