Private Pay Intake Specialist

What you'll do

• Respond to private-pay leads by phone
• contact prospective clients and family members
• gather care needs, schedules, and service requirements
• explain services and address questions
• schedule and attend initial meetings with an assigned supervisor
• document lead progress and follow up
• support admissions, caregiver recruitment and retention
• conduct hiring activities and complete onboarding requirements.
