What you'll do

• Serve as Professional Land Surveyor of record and review and seal survey plats, legal descriptions, easements, and other documents
• perform and oversee boundary, topographic, ALTA/NSPS, and site investigation surveys
• direct and mentor field crews and survey technicians
• coordinate with civil engineers and project managers on land development, subdivision, roadway, and utility projects
• prepare and review property descriptions, plats, and record documents
• provide construction staking and layout support
• maintain compliance with Kansas requirements and firm quality standards
• support business development and client relationships.
