Paint Center Customer Service Representative

The Paint Center Customer Service Representative role is onsite in Oakland, CA, with compensation of $22–$24 per hour. The representative is the primary contact for contractors and retail customers at Bee Green’s Paint Center. The role provides product guidance and accurate order fulfillment, including custom tinting and color matching. It supports contractors’ project needs and helps retail customers select coatings and arrange order pickup while maintaining an organized sales floor.

What you'll do

• Assist customers in-store, by phone, and through digital channels
• provide paint and coatings information and application guidance
• process orders, quotes, returns, and transactions
• prepare orders and perform color matching and tinting
• maintain displays and tinting stations
• communicate order status and availability
• support restocking, labeling, and cycle counts.
