What you'll do

• Coordinate and track response meetings and activities with impacted communities and agencies
• maintain contact lists and activity databases
• draft correspondence and talking points
• organize and follow up on action items
• coordinate partner meetings and resiliency forums, including agendas, minutes, attendance, onboarding, and shared files
• track project deliverables and milestones
• coordinate bi-weekly activity reports and semi-annual and performance-measure reports.
