What you'll do

• Lead preconstruction for hard-bid, negotiated, and design-build projects
• develop estimating strategies, pricing models, and risk standards
• oversee cost modeling, conceptual budgets, and Guaranteed Maximum Price development
• collaborate with leadership, operations, and project management
• support client meetings and pursuit presentations
• build industry relationships
• lead value engineering and constructability reviews
• establish processes and best practices
• mentor team members
• support planning, forecasting, and pipeline development.
