What you'll do

• Address resident service requests as directed by the Service Manager
• document request updates and closures in property management software
• repair or replace lights, filters, fans, and paint
• perform preventative maintenance
• assist with landscaping, trash removal, and cleaning
• identify and correct hazardous conditions as directed
• prepare vacant apartments for move-ins
• contribute to a customer-service-focused management team.

Why this role

Requires at least one year of on-site maintenance experience, troubleshooting ability for HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems, and a valid driver’s license. HVAC certification and CPO preferred; city or state certifications or permits required to perform the job must be held.
