The Project Manager / Engineer — Heavy Construction role is onsite in Deer Park, WA. Pay is $37–$45 per hour. Knight Const. & Supply is a general contractor focused on large heavy construction projects and industrial plant facility maintenance, including hydraulic steel and concrete projects. The project manager guides construction work from proposal and estimating through execution and final delivery. The role coordinates schedules, documentation, subcontractors, field crews, and clients to address project issues and meet contractual, budget, quality, and schedule commitments.

What you'll do

• Create and implement project work plans
• prepare submittals, bid packages, contracts, invoices, change orders, and forecasts
• communicate site-condition deviations and obtain authorization for changes
• review subcontractor work and change orders
• track project schedules
• negotiate with subcontractors and suppliers
• coordinate tasks and resources with foremen
• attend completion and final acceptance inspections.
