Lead Maintenance Technician

The Lead Maintenance Technician role is onsite in Willoughby, OH, with starting pay of $25–$28 per hour. RHM Real Estate Group invests in, develops, and manages multifamily and commercial properties. The technician leads maintenance work across multifamily apartment communities to keep units and common areas in good condition, address resident needs, and manage costs. The role coordinates staff, contractors, and repairs to support safe, well-maintained properties and timely apartment readiness.

What you'll do

• Maintain residential units and common areas
• perform plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliance, and painting repairs
• supervise maintenance personnel and set daily goals
• track and complete maintenance requests and paperwork
• schedule contractors and oversee their work
• cover building emergency on-call duties as scheduled
• assist with apartment inspections
• complete cleaning, painting, and repairs in vacant apartments
• ensure units are ready within 3–5 days of move-out.
