What you'll do

• Complete patient intake and discharge under physician, nurse practitioner, or Registered Nurse supervision
• document in paper and electronic medical records
• perform authorized tasks including vital signs, routine specimen collection, ECG, and phlebotomy
• assist providers with procedures
• respond to emergencies and communicate patient information to providers
• maintain confidentiality.

Why this role

High school diploma or equivalent required. AAMA or AMT Medical Assistant certification is preferred at hire and required within six months; BCLS certification must be maintained.
