What you'll do

• Load, run, and unload the dish machine
• monitor wash temperature and report equipment problems
• wash and store tableware and kitchenware according to health codes
• follow sanitation and cleaning schedules
• maintain clean, organized dishroom and designated areas
• remove trash
• monitor cleaning supplies
• clean food preparation areas and restrooms before opening
• stock food, beverages, and supplies as directed
• handle deliveries and assist as needed.
