What you'll do

• Manage daily clinical operations and ensure compliance with policies and procedures
• coordinate and lead staff in delivering patient care
• liaise between physicians/providers and clinical staff
• recruit, hire, and manage staff and provide leadership and performance feedback
• ensure proper stocking and cleanliness of the office, lab, equipment, and exam rooms.
