What you'll do

• Help lead daily restaurant operations
• coach and develop team members
• assist with hiring, onboarding, and training
• lead shifts while maintaining food quality, cleanliness, and customer service standards
• monitor labor, productivity, and food quality
• assist with inventory, ordering, deliveries, and food costs
• ensure food safety and sanitation compliance
• address customer concerns
• support scheduling and performance goals
• open and close as needed.
