What you'll do

• Design training presentations, courses, facilitator resources, and educational materials
• enhance training with visual and interactive methods
• coordinate monthly and annual training materials and logistics
• review programs for consistency and effectiveness
• administer TalentLMS
• identify training gaps
• monitor learning data and recommend improvements
• maintain training records and provide compliance reports to HR.
