What you'll do
- Provide direct nursing care, including medication administration, wound care, and skilled nursing procedures

- supervise nursing assistants and medication aides as applicable
- monitor resident status and report changes
- develop and review care plans
- document care
- coordinate admissions, transfers, and discharges
- participate in quality assurance, staff education, and regulatory surveys as needed.
