Member Services Representative

Job overview

What you'll do

• Greet members, prospective members, and guests
• help maintain neatness and cleanliness throughout the club
• answer phones
• check members into the system
• sign up new members
• give tours
• update member accounts
• respond to questions and concerns
• escalate issues to a shift leader, assistant manager, or manager.
