What you'll do

• Serve as primary contact for assigned groups after contract turnover
• plan guestroom blocks, meeting space, food and beverage, audiovisual needs, transportation, amenities, and billing
• prepare event orders, group resumes, reports, diagrams, and agendas
• communicate timelines and changes to hotel departments
• monitor event execution and resolve concerns
• follow up after events and support accurate billing
• identify event-related revenue opportunities.
