What you'll do

• Develop, document, and optimize injection molding processes
• work with customers on tooling changes, specifications, validation protocols, and corrective and preventive action
• lead initiatives to reduce waste and improve efficiency
• monitor production metrics
• troubleshoot molding defects and recommend corrective actions
• coordinate product sampling, PPAPs, manufacturing, and quality activities
• train and mentor technicians and operators.
