Quality Control Manager

What you'll do

• Perform and oversee final quality-control inspections of school buses
• verify pre-delivery inspection work, vehicle systems, equipment, components, and customer specifications
• identify and document defects and incomplete repairs
• communicate corrective actions and reinspect completed work
• maintain inspection records and delivery paperwork
• coordinate with technicians and other departments
• track recurring defects and root causes
• improve standardized inspection procedures and checklists
• ensure vehicles with unresolved safety or quality deficiencies are not released.
