What you'll do

• Coordinate contractors and service personnel
• inspect facilities
• serve as a secondary contact for building inspections and systems
• maintain maintenance, purchase, and repair records
• coordinate pest control, janitorial, and other services
• support office and laboratory needs, room setups, and minor repairs
• collaborate across Colorado and Kansas locations.
