What you'll do

• Maintain and distribute controlled documents, labels, and tags
• verify donor-services supplies and shipment details
• order and distribute office supplies and equipment
• coordinate vendor quotes and purchasing
• perform preventative maintenance and basic equipment repairs or arrange vendor service
• prepare reports on defective bags and kits
• maintain paper and digital records
• assist with projects and travel to locations for validations, verifications, equipment issues, or time-sensitive supplies
• protect confidential information.
