Maintenance Technician

What you'll do

• Operate tools and equipment safely
• identify and report broken equipment or uncertain conditions
• maintain a clean and safe work area
• perform preventive maintenance on machinery, buildings, and grounds
• and maintain a positive customer-service attitude with staff and residents. Duties include apartment maintenance such as HVAC, plumbing, electrical, structural, appliance, drywall, and painting repairs.
