General Manager

What you'll do

• Manage association business with the Board of Directors
• build relationships with board members, committees, and owners
• support compliance with laws and governing documents
• conduct community tours and track compliance issues
• manage architectural review and owner communications
• organize board and membership meetings
• prepare budgets and review financials
• manage vendor bids, contracts, invoices, and insurance requirements
• hire, train, and supervise onsite staff
• review incident reports
• oversee event operations, logistics, ticket sales, and scheduling
• direct event marketing and communications.
