What you'll do

• Lead and manage resident health and well-being
• ensure compliance with applicable clinical care laws and regulations
• analyze occurrence trends and implement improvement plans as needed
• partner with the Administrator and team on resident and staff health and safety
• coordinate with pharmacy consultants
• oversee licensed nursing clinical expertise
• assess resident needs and update service plans
• communicate care changes to responsible parties
• schedule clinical staff and ensure supplies are available
• participate in a rotating on-call schedule
• supervise LPNs and Certified Nursing Assistants.
