What you'll do

• Provide internal help desk support, troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues, and escalate complex problems. Assist with systems monitoring, workstation provisioning, network hardware configuration and troubleshooting, access controls, backups, documentation, and technical research. The paid internship is two semesters, averages 15–20 hours per week, and is scheduled Monday–Friday around classes
