What you'll do

• Learn CAD design processes and standards
• gain exposure to physical arrangement and protection for medium-, high-, and extra-high-voltage systems
• learn about control wiring, fiber communications, basic relaying, fault identification and isolation
• explore air insulation clearances, lightning protection, load-breaking mechanisms, and conductor ampacities
• gain exposure to basic fault-force, grounding-safety, and load-flow studies.
