Description
Perform comprehensive evaluations of residents’ physical abilities and needs. Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to improve strength, mobility, balance, and overall function. Provide therapeutic interventions, including exercises, manual therapy, and training on assistive devices. Monitor residents’ progress and modify therapy plans as needed to achieve goals.
