What you'll do

• Own the assigned product line from planning through execution
• develop short- and long-term business and product plans
• improve profitability and lead new product development
• conduct market research and analyze customer needs and competition
• partner with sales and key accounts
• prepare forecasts, financial analyses, and ROI justifications
• recommend specifications, pricing, and packaging
• coordinate product launches
• manage inventory and production schedules
• lead, coach, recruit, train, and evaluate staff
• serve as the product line's primary contact
• travel up to 20%, including potential international travel.
