Accounts Payable Analyst

What you'll do

• Review invoices and perform three-way matching of purchase orders, goods receipts, and invoices
• research and resolve discrepancies involving purchase orders, receipts, vendor statements, freight invoices, and cost centers
• monitor aging reports and unmatched invoices
• coordinate resolution with procurement, receiving, and warehouse teams
• use AP automation platforms to manage workflows and exceptions
• assist with invoice-processing automation
• respond to vendor queries
• reconcile monthly vendor statements
• comply with company and product compliance policies.
