• Plan and execute customer-facing, industry, corporate, and employee events
• develop timelines, project plans, budgets, and logistics
• coordinate venues and vendors
• manage registrations and communications
• maintain an event calendar and coordinate multiple events
• support customer and employee engagement initiatives
• track expenses and invoices
• collect feedback and prepare post-event summaries
• coordinate with internal departments and external partners.
