Shipping and Receiving Clerk

What you'll do

• Research shipping options and costs for large domestic equipment shipments
• pack, seal, and label items
• select shipping methods
• prepare shipping documents
• coordinate with carrier representatives
• enter outgoing shipment records and receive incoming shipments in the ERP system
• verify received items
• route materials to departments using a hand truck, cart, or forklift
• report damage, shortages, or nonconformance
• maintain shipment documentation
• load and unload trucks when needed
• maintain shipping supply inventory.

Why this role
