What you'll do

• Prepare and cook menu items to recipe standards
• ensure food quality, accuracy, and efficiency
• work with kitchen teammates

• operate grills, fryers, and knives
• follow preparation, stocking, and closing systems
• and assist team members or the dining area as needed.
