Fitness Instructor

The Fitness Instructor role is onsite in Potomac, MD, and offers $25–$35 per hour. The instructor leads Pure Barre classes, a total-body workout using ballet-barre movements. The role guides participants through classes, prepares and learns choreography, and helps maintain the studio. It supports members’ fitness goals through instruction, safe exercise demonstrations, and an energetic class experience.

What you'll do

• Lead classes for up to 20 participants
• prepare and study choreography
• learn quarterly choreography changes
• help keep the studio tidy
• demonstrate exercises and sustain the energy required for 50-minute classes
• teach at least five classes per week
• complete required four-day training and certification preparation after a minimum one-year teaching commitment.
