What you'll do

• Direct and assess school-age and teen programming
• supervise, schedule, train, coach, and support staff and volunteers
• maintain youth-to-staff ratios and a safe Club environment
• ensure compliance with childcare licensing standards and BGCA best practices
• manage grant-funded program implementation and reporting
• monitor budgets, records, and outcomes
• develop community partnerships
• and oversee special programs and events. Typical hours are 12:00 p.m.–8:30 p.m., Monday–Friday, with flexibility for Club needs
• holidays, weekends, evenings, and occasional travel may be required. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.
